I am passionate about understanding the cognitions, emotions, and behaviors of individuals in organizational settings, and how these factors impact both individual and organizational performance across public and private sectors.

I am an Associate Editor at the Brazilian Review of Public Administration (RAP) and serve as an editorial board member for the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory (JPART) and the Asia Pacific Journal of Public Administration (APJPA).
